Luis Casado

Luis Casado was born in Chile. He holds an engineering degree from the Centre d’Etudes Supérieures Industrielles (CESI – Paris).

He has served as a visiting professor at the Institut National des Télécommunications in France and as a consultant for the World Bank.

His professional career, focused on new technologies for public transportation, has taken him to more than 40 countries across five continents.

As an entrepreneur in the information technology sector, he received an award from the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Technological Innovation – 2006).

He has published several books in Chile and Europe, addressing economic, linguistic, and political topics.
